Organisations & Corporates
With the ecological crisis ever present and work related ill health resulting in 29.6 million working days lost in the UK in 2023/24, with stress, depression or anxiety being the largest contributor at 21.1 days on average per person, how do we facilitate sustainable organisational and corporate wellbeing, so that both people and planet can flourish?
Rooted in an eco-centric, nature connected approach, I support organisations and corporates that are stepping away from the outdated, dominating, power-over model, and exploring more collaborative leadership and sustainable development. Bringing their people together in community, in the whole truth of who they are, so that they and the systems that they are part of, can thrive.
As illustrated below, this work ranges from workplace wellbeing, to the creation and initiation of community development and communication strategies, as well as live event facilitation. More often than not, it's a mix of it all!
"step outside and come back in to connection with yourself, each other and the natural world"

Workplace Wellbeing
I am a co-founder and director of The Nature Collective C.I.C. and we specialise in facilitating spaces that care for both employee wellbeing and nature.
Through facilitated nature connection practices, rooted in our shared ecotherapy & ecopsychology training, we support organisations to invest in wellbeing, whilst also addressing the ecological and human health crises. Helping their teams to be more resourced, resilient, healthy and connected.
Whilst working for Avon Wildlife Trust, I developed and ran their Wellbeing and Employee Engagement Programme. This involved projects like developing and facilitating established seasonal nature connection programmes with partners such as Triodos Bank. I have also since offered mindful Wellbeing Walks for them as part of their Wilder Waterways project.

Community Development
I've worked on Community development and strategy for a wide and diverse range of organisations and individuals. From supporting on vision, leadership, internal & external communication, branding, website builds, human resources & team wellbeing, both in person and digitally.
I'm an innovative and creative community founder myself through my nature connection and audio offerings.
I've led the internal and external re-shape of the Volunteering offering of both Avon Wildlife Trust and accessible watersports charity All-Aboard. I developed and managed the membership for small business network Enterprise Nation and more recently led on the development of an online alumni community for The Natural Academy. I've consulted on and delivered a new communication and community building strategy for a private estate in rural Hampshire, and currently support The Centre of Complementary Medicine with the development of their community of practitioners.

Live Event Facilitation
I've collaborated with numerous organisations to facilitate their live events, including hosting a live Organic Kitchen Pop Up for Whole Food's at their flagship High Street Kensington store as part of the Soil Association’s ‘Organic September’ campaign. For Enterprise Nation, I've facilitated a day of panel interviews and live audience discussions on a number of occasions. Supporting their start-up community by hosting a live podcast interview and Q&A too at their Festival of Female Entrepreneurs, as well as similar work for the live talk and podcast series that I co-founded Talk Wordy To Me.
I have facilitated group meetings for various organisations, including The Centre of Complementary Medicine, as they continue to grow and welcome new practitioners. For a private estate as they looked to develop and strengthen the community of their diverse team. I also facilitate groups and conversations for workplace teams eco-centrically, as part of my work with The Nature Collective which you can read more about here.
